Initially, the company focused on the development of production, logistics, and office units—primarily in Debrecen. However, as a result of a diversification process launched in recent years, XANGA has since made successful investments in several major cities both in Hungary and abroad, including overseas. XANGA Group is the developer and operator of the privately-owned Debrecen Regional and Innovation Science and Technology Park, as well as the Multimodal Logistics Center associated with Debrecen International Airport, which also operates within the framework of the science and technology park designation.
In addition to speculative investments, tailor-made solutions and build-to-suit (BTS) projects account for a major part of XANGA’s real estate development portfolio.
